What do you do? I manage the team (and sometimes Jan!); over see quality assurance for DrugTrain, plan, design, deliver and evaluate training courses and arrange the annual spring clean for the office! I am also responsible for managing the accreditation process for DrugTrain, including, dare I say it - marking! I also assist Jan in the business planning.

What is the best thing about your job? Observing a shift in attitudes when delivering training. I also enjoy meeting a wide range of people, visiting new places, working with a supportive and respectful team, having space to be creative and being allowed to be myself at work.

And the hardest? Fighting with the photocopier when it breaks down at the most inconvenient times! Not having enough hours in the day to do everything.

What makes you really happy? At work - being involved in work, whether that's training or consultation, that makes a real difference to the lives of disadvantaged people. At home it's being with my loving family, especially my beautiful daughter and supportive husband.

And what makes you angry? Myself or others being treated unfairly, dishonesty, anger itself!

What are you most proud of in your career so far? Knowing that what we do really does make a difference to the lives of others. Returning to work after maternity leave and surviving!

Which 5 people would you invite round for supper? Stephen Fry, Will Smith, Rob Brydon, Jo Brand and Jennifer Saunders.
